The location was excellent. It’s on a clean street with easy access to the station, and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made our stay very convenient. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the Sagrada Família, which was a real highlight. The room also had a clean bathtub, and we had no issues with hot water or the toilet during our stay. The staff weren’t exactly professional in the traditional sense — they felt a bit young — but overall, their service was pleasant and welcoming. With the current weak yen, it felt a little pricey from a Japanese perspective, but under normal exchange rates, I think the cost performance would be quite good. A couple of things I found inconvenient: the outlets were only European-style, which made charging devices a bit tricky. It would be much more convenient if there were USB Type-A or Type-C ports available. Also, the partition between the toilet and the shower felt quite flimsy — I was a little worried it might break. Lastly, the mattress was made of memory foam or a similar material, and I found it hard to sleep on. It gave me a sore shoulder. I think a mattress with pocket coils or more support would make a big difference.

We arrived much earlier than official check-in hours, but were offered a free room upgrade and immediate check-in, appreciated a lot! Room was rather big and clean, there was water and coffee machine in the room. Moreover, there is a leisure area near reception where you can have a rest in comfortable sofas with different kind of free drinks (tea, coffee, water). Breakfast was good as well with both hot and cold dishes. It started at 7.30 am that is very comfortable if you want to leave early morning to start exploring Barcelona. Separately would like to note very friendly and helpful staff 🤍 And location, it’s amazing! Everything in walk distance, very city centre. Rooftop bar is also very nice, offering discounts to hotel customers. There are mo main courses but for the cocktail in the night it’s amazing, nice view for the whole city.

A great hotel, we stayed for a long weekend before our Virgin cruise. Receptionist was very friendly and informative. Although the desk was very busy, all the receptionists were helpful and friendly. (As well as the porters!) Location was brilliant, we walked a few minutes and found the Barcelona tour bus. We had a great morning touring the city before seeing friends. The hotel and terrace bar is smart. From the terrace bar we could view the sea, which was great as we were heading off to a cruise a few days later.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Diego, the manager, for his exceptional support and cooperation during my stay. His dedication truly made a difference. I also want to thank the rest of the staff for their excellent service, especially the two Moroccan gentlemen—one at the hotel entrance and the other at the reception. They were both outstanding, always smiling, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Thank you for making my experience at the hotel so enjoyable and memorable!

Breakfast was good but missed variety of fruits Location was awesome, nothing to complain The room was really, reeeeeally cosy, extremley confortable. Only issue was that the toilet was in the same "room"of the shower. Better to split it and you can use the toilet while other person is taking a shower Not that the toilet or shower were bad, it's just the structure. The "waterfall" shower is a thing from another world ahahahahaha Very good!
